Payment and Shipping

 

A product must be paid in full before being pulled from the shelf and packaged. It's no different from ordering from your favorite department store. Please be patient when it comes to shipping. Lady Boss is growing and many products are on back order. Some items are even custom made for your sizing. An associate should always contact you regarding your shipping status. If not, please feel free to call or email our customer service team. Thank you.

 

How long until I receive my products?

 

It will usually take up to 7 to 12 business days until you receive your product. If your product is on back order because of its popularity then it can take up to 2 weeks for delivery. If you need your items quickly then you are able to call our customer service team and place the order over the phone so we can ship express mail or priority mail.

 

 

Can I return a product?


If you are unhappy with your purchase please return the item in its original box with its original invoice and the reason you are returning it. You have 7 business days to return your merchandise. You will receive a full refund exactly how you paid. I'm sorry but we do not pay for shipping on returns. Used cosmetics will not be refunded. If you return the cosmetics in its original condition within 7 business days you will automatically be refunded for your purchase. FINAL SALE for all buy 1 get 1 free! Any gift with purchase. CANCELLATIONS:

 

ANY ORDER THAT HAS BEEN Placed can ONLY BE CANCELLED WITHIN 48 HOURS. OUR MANUFACTURER WILL ALREADY HAVE HAD YOUR PRODUCTS MADE AND PROCESSED FOR SHIPMENT AFTER 48 HOURS. You could, however, ship them back to us if you are unhappy for a full refund. (Apparel Orders Only).

 

Who do I speak to if I have questions about a product or need help?

If you place an order and we are sold out of that product we will just refund you asap. 

If you placed an order and it was through Paypal then we DID NOT receive that order. We no longer work with Paypal. Please contact them for your refund. Thanks.
